I Don’t Know What That Is, And At This Point, I’m Afraid To Ask

But I’m going to ask anyway:

What do you want to talk about?

What don’t you understand?

What do you wish you knew more about?

I’ve realized lately that we always talk about what I want to talk about, which is usually fertilizer and chemistry. (Hey—I’m an agronomist. It’s what we do.) But this week, I’m kind of tired of the usual stuff and our relationship is seeming a little one-sided.

So throw me a bone, dear readers.

What do you want to talk about? What don’t you understand? What do you wish you knew more about?DSC_0444

Here’s my very own personal email address: james.banahan@cvacoop.com. Turn those questions over in your minds for a few days and then send me your answers. You can’t quite tell from the weather this week, but we’re beginning our long slide into winter, and your topics and questions will become the fireside chats that bridge us into next spring.

(Just as a point of warning, while I’d happily accept answers such as I don’t understand…women or men or punk music or kids these days, my track record of providing sound advice on such topics is pretty spotty. Now, ask me about soil or plants or other such agronomic things, and my record gets exponentially better, I promise.)

Or, if you’re totally enjoying your weekly reading on fertilizer and chemistry, then keep your peace and I’ll be back next week with another slice of that life.

I love to eat corn, but I love to grow succulents, or look at succulent gardens and flower gardens.
